Terms of Service
Solar Suvidha (solarsuvidha.in) · Last updated: August 2026
By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
1. What Solar Suvidha is (and isn't)
Solar Suvidha is an advisory and marketing service. We help homeowners understand rooftop solar subsidy eligibility and connect them with independent, verified solar installer partners. We are not a solar installer, manufacturer, financier, or government body, and we do not execute installations, process subsidy applications on the government's behalf, or handle payments between you and any installer.
2. Free for homeowners
Homeowners never pay Solar Suvidha. We are compensated by installer partners for genuine enquiries we refer to them. This does not increase the price an installer charges you, and you remain free to choose any installer, including ones we did not refer.
3. Subsidy information
Subsidy figures on this site (including amounts under PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana and the Delhi Solar Policy) are stated in good faith from official scheme information and are always "up to" amounts. Final subsidy depends on your system size, application, documentation, and government approval. Government schemes can change without notice. We do not guarantee any subsidy amount, approval, or timeline.
4. Installer partners are independent
Installer partners referred by us are independent businesses. Quotations, contracts, pricing, installation quality, warranties, and after-sales service are strictly between you and the installer. We verify partners in good faith but do not control their work and are not a party to your agreement with them. Please evaluate quotations and contracts independently before signing.
5. Your responsibilities
You confirm the information you submit is accurate, that you are 18 or older, and that you have the authority (ownership or consent) to enquire about solar installation on the property in question.
6. Intellectual property
The Solar Suvidha name, logo, and website content are our property. Trademark application filed under Class 35. Do not copy, imitate, or use them without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solar Suvidha's total liability arising from your use of this website or our referrals is limited to ₹1,000. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for the acts or omissions of installer partners or government bodies.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
